These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bde99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bde99 website, mobile interface, and associated services accessible at bde99.vip. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bde99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players accessing bde99 from the territory of Bangladesh. 1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.2 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that bde99 provides a translation of these Terms for convenience, the English version shall be the definitive and controlling version in the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity.

1.3 Amendments

bde99 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. When material changes are made, bde99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent on-site announcement. Your continued use of bde99 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

As a registered player on bde99, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. Your obligations as an account holder include but are not limited to the following:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any detail — including your registered mobile number, residential address, or payment method — changes, you must update your account information promptly. bde99 will not be responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active bde99 account. If bde99 identifies that a player has created multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or by using another person's information — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated using bonus funds will be forfeited. bde99 reserves the right to recover any amounts paid out in error from such accounts.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Your bde99 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account in any way. Accounts that show clear evidence of third-party usage will be suspended pending investigation.

3.4 Funds in Your Account

Funds deposited into your bde99 account are held for the sole purpose of facilitating bets and game play on the bde99 platform. Your account balance does not accrue interest. bde99 does not hold player funds as a banking institution and your deposits are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Unclaimed balances remaining in accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of up to ৳100 per month after written notification to the registered account email address.

bde99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on bde99 is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on bde99 contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates for all game categories are stated in the specific promotion terms for each offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the account. Any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bde99 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using different accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, using bots or automated wagering tools, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, bde99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel all associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.5 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• bde99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, bde99's decision shall be final.
• Bonuses may not be available to players who have opted out of promotional communications via their account settings.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bde99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method and any active bonuses will be removed from the account. Account closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are given priority processing and the account will be closed within 24 hours of the verified request.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by bde99

bde99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring closure.

7.3 Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bde99 reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals, forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and retain any real-money balance where permitted by applicable law pending investigation. Where the breach involved fraudulent activity or criminal conduct, bde99 may report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

7.4 Reactivation

Accounts closed at the player's request for non-responsible-gaming reasons may be eligible for reactivation by contacting support, subject to identity reverification. Accounts closed due to a breach of Terms are not eligible for reactivation. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reactivation can be considered, as detailed in the bde99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
