1. General Terms

2. Eligibility & Registration

3.3 Personal Use Only

3.4 Funds in Your Account
Funds deposited into your bde99 account are held for the sole purpose of facilitating bets and game play on the bde99 platform. Your account balance does not accrue interest. bde99 does not hold player funds as a banking institution and your deposits are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Unclaimed balances remaining in accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of up to ৳100 per month after written notification to the registered account email address.

6. Prohibited Conduct

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system underlying the bde99 platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player

7.3 Consequences of Closure for Cause
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bde99 reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals, forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and retain any real-money balance where permitted by applicable law pending investigation. Where the breach involved fraudulent activity or criminal conduct, bde99 may report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
7.4 Reactivation
Accounts closed at the player's request for non-responsible-gaming reasons may be eligible for reactivation by contacting support, subject to identity reverification. Accounts closed due to a breach of Terms are not eligible for reactivation. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reactivation can be considered, as detailed in the bde99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
bde99 endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. 8.3 Indirect Losses
